Chicago’s Coalfire Pizza
At Coalfire we serve a thin crust, coal-forged pizza that emerges slightly
charred and bubbly from our 1,500 degree oven fueled by clean burning coal.
Here’s the deal
We hate rules. History has proven that pizza makers are anarchists by nature (citation needed).
That being said, we do have a couple of guidelines or non-rules, if you will, to make sure that you, fellow crust connoisseurs, reach optimal pizza enjoyment levels while dining with us.
Non-Rules:
This, we learned from you. While we offer takeout, our customers always say that our pizza is best enjoyed in-house.
Takeout times are generally short, but just a head’s up – we can’t always accommodate every order during busy evenings.
We are first come, first served. You must be present (just physically – your state of mind is up to you) to be placed on the waiting list and we will seat your party when everyone is in the building. Cheers!
